Germain started his career in 2019 in private equity at Time. He then joined the Japanese investment bank DC Advisory before moving to Translink CF, where he focused on TMT and healthcare. In 2022, he co-founded Breakline Partners. He is a graduate of emlyon business school and Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas.

Antoine began his journey in 2021 in Venture Capital at SaaS Partners and then at LER, where he supported Fund’s portfolio companies on restructuring, M&A and fundraising missions. Julien began his career in a startup before joining EY in audit. He then moved into tech investment banking, focusing on fundraising at Chausson Partners and later on M&A at Ecap Partner and Amala Partners, with a focus on small and mid-cap technology deals. He graduated from emlyon business school.
